About who needs care: My father is wheelchair bound due mostly to weight. He has dementia as well. He requires a lift for transfers at his nursing home in Parkers Prairie, MN. About the care needs: We are trying to have my father attend my sons wedding. He requires a lift for transfers. He has a catheter full time. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
