Senior Caregiver - Full-time / Part-time

We're seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver for our 23-year-old son with Down syndrome. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 p.m. The ideal candidate is patient, positive and enjoys helping others build confidence and independence. Responsibilities include preparing simple meals, planning fun community outings (park, bowling, swimming, library, shopping, etc), encouraging daily living skills, and providing companionship in a structured routine. Our son can be hesitant to try new things, so we're looking for someone who can gently encourage him while respecting his pace. Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus. Reliable transportation and CPR certification is required.
