Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I have 5. 5-month-old identical twin boys who have chronic respiratory issues and have spent pretty much their whole lives in the hospital. Do not get scared off by this. Only thing I would need is them to be fed, changed and inhaler given. Everything else will be taken care of and I will be able to pop in often so if there is something your uncomfortable with I will do it. I also have 2 girls who are 9 and 13. My 13-year-old will be watching her sister and herself but I need you to still watch over them and make sure they are not doing anything wrong.
