Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a great babysitter for a child on the spectrum. He is very smart, silly and active child. He has a speech delay but can communicate his needs. I need someone who has a ton of energy and willing to interact with him in play, learning and outdoor activities. This will occur for the rest of the summer and during the school year before and after school. During school times you will be responsible for drop offs and pick-up. To help with the plans for each day I will have a schedule for how each day of the week would go with him. Any suggestions will always be welcomed, and communication will always be appreciated.
