Operators - Now Hiring

Our client, a manufacturing leader in the industry, is seeking an Assembly to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the packaging, quality control, and machine configuration teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operators

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay: $19.50

Shift: 2:50pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Packaging merchandise in boxes and crates according to quality control plans
• Reading and understanding quality control documentation and accurately completing production reports
• Measuring and sampling products using calipers and comparators for quality assurance
• Ensuring raw materials are stocked and properly mixed to meet project specifications
• Operating machinery such as extruders, setting up new jobs, and maintaining equipment

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to operate machinery, hand tools, and precision measuring devices
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and physical health evaluation
