What’s in it for you?

• Pay rates:
  • $16.00/hour for new Sorters
  • $16.50/hour for returning Sorters
  • 2nd shift differential: +$0.75/hour
• Bonus: $50 weekly perfect attendance bonus
• Schedule (Rotative schedule)
  • Team 1: Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM, Saturday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Team 2: Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, Sunday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Harvest phase schedule shifts:
    • 1st shift: 6:00 AM–1:00 PM
    • 2nd shift: 1:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Paid PPE, including gloves and safety glasses.
• Bilingual team support.

What will you do?

• Examine and remove non-conforming materials like husks, stalks, weeds, and damaged product.
• Inspect and sort products to align with quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in your work area.
• Operate safely around production equipment and conveyor systems.

What’s required to apply?

• Must complete pre-employment screenings and an allergy baseline questionnaire.
• Reliable attendance and transportation required.
• Ability to stand, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Compliance with company rules: wear proper clothing, follow safety policies, and leave food, drinks, and cell phones outside work areas.

No previous experience or resume needed! While prior experience in sorting, production, or agriculture is helpful, it’s not a requirement. With bilingual support available, Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply as well.
