Warranty Coordinator - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join their team. As a Warranty Coordinator, you will be part of the Parts, Service, & Warranty Department supporting the team responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warranty Coordinator

Location: Lake Wales, FL

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with Saturdays as needed

What's the Job?

• Support part sales, service, and warranty policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to review and process part sales, service, and warranty claims, coordinating repairs and service activities.
• Analyze part sales, service, and warranty data to identify patterns and areas for improvement in product quality and warranty processes.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to parts sales, service, and warranty claims to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations and issue resolution.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in part sales, service, and warranty services within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of order management systems and supplier relations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing and analyzing warranty data.
• Proficiency in applicable software and ERP systems, with Epicor experience being a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
