Flooring Estimator and Sales

The Flooring Estimator is an individual contributor role responsible for accurately assessing flooring project requirements and costs. This position involves engaging with clients, performing precise site measurements, and calculating necessary materials using manual methods to ensure comprehensive and reliable estimates for flooring installations. When not measuring jobs, is available in the store as a Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

• Calculate material quantities required for flooring projects
• Consult with clients to understand project scope and needs
• Perform accurate site measurements to assess flooring areas
• Flooring Sales 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in flooring estimation
• Associate degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proficiency in cost estimation and material knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail in measurements and calculations
