Location: Billerica, MA
Hours: M-F7:30am-4pm
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Stage and charge raw materials into mixing containers according to batch instructions.
• Follow batch procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure batches meet specifications.
• Adjust batches under QC guidance until approved.
• Follow the production schedule and communicate issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow PPE and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions and batch procedures.
• Ability to operate high-speed dispersers, material handling equipment, and digital scales.
• Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds.
