Compensation: $65,000–$100,000 in estimated annual earnings, including salary plus commission

A well-established luxury optical boutique in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced, Florida-licensed optician. We are looking for a polished, knowledgeable professional who enjoys premium eyewear, client relationships, and a high-end retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with luxury and designer eyewear
• Take measurements and perform fittings and adjustments
• Interpret prescriptions and recommend lens options
• Process orders accurately through final delivery
• Build client relationships and contribute to sales

Requirements

• Active Florida optician license
• Previous optical experience
• Strong knowledge of lenses, fittings, and adjustments
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Full-time availability
