Supported Community Lifestyles Inc. is currently seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you will provide daily support and encouragement to individuals with developmental disabilities while helping create a safe, positive, and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families to provide the best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Encourage independence, dignity, and community involvement
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients and coworkers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and required training
