Clinical/ Business Assistant

We are seeking a Clinical/ Business Assistant to become a part of our team! You will assist with patient services.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and Break Down Operatories
• Bring patients back and prepare them for their visit
• Work collaboratively with multiple audiologists and Business assistants
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Assist with patient visit were needed

​Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish/English
• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience is customer service
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Spanish and English
• Strong self-starter, be able to evaluate the needs within the practice
