What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Helping establish and maintain new customer accounts
- Following up with customers after appointments
- Maintaining accurate customer and account information
- Using electronic tracking and CRM systems to document customer interactions
- Reviewing account and customer reports
- Processing customer service requests and following them through to completion
- Participating in team meetings, training, and development sessions
- Helping coordinate daily team accountability and communication
- Supporting leadership with projects and day-to-day business operations
- Representing the company professionally and contributing to a positive team environment
