Build the Infrastructure Behind Modern Data Centers
We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Production Assemblers to join a modular data center manufacturing operation in Shreveport. You will help build and install the hardware used inside data center units, including server racks, cable assemblies, rack components, and power distribution equipment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, HVAC, automotive production, appliance manufacturing, aerospace, construction, industrial maintenance, or military technical roles.
What You’ll Do
- Build mechanical and electrical assemblies according to drawings and instructions.
- Install rack hardware, cable harnesses, server racks, and power distribution components.
- Read basic schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches.
- Inspect completed work and report quality issues.
- Record completed work using production documents or computer systems.
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S procedures.
- Maintain productivity while completing accurate, high-quality work.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of hands-on assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or production experience.
- Experience reading basic technical drawings or work instructions.
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Flexibility to work first or second shift.
Experience That Will Help You Stand Out
- Electrical or electronics assembly.
- Cable harness, wiring, or control-panel assembly.
- Server rack or IT hardware installation.
- IPC-A-610 or ESD training.
- Forklift certification.
- Lean manufacturing or 5S experience.
- Aerospace, HVAC, automotive, appliance, or military maintenance experience.
