Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a manager to join our Pizza Hut team in Ainsworth, NE! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience as well as as with recruiting/hiring/training a team capable of helping us deliver not only the guest experience, but the daily operation of the restaurant to achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage all restaurant personnel
• Help adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in food service
• You must currently live in Ainsworth, NE, or within 20 miles of the restaurant or be willing to relocate
• Available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays - a balanced schedule accommodates everyone's quality of life
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Bi-Lingual is a plus for this position
