Job Overview

Sage Group Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Float/Resource RN opportunity. This role requires a confident RN with strong experience in Emergency Department (ED), Medical-Surgical (MS), and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) who can quickly adapt to changing patient care needs.

Compensation

• $31.00 - $43.00/hour (based on experience)
• $64,480 - $89,440 annually
• Relocation Reimbursement

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
• Strong ED, Med/Surg, and PCU experience required
• Must be willing to float between units and assist where needed
• Rural or small hospital experience preferred
• BLS & ACLS required
• PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire
• COVID-19 vaccination required
