Delivery Driver - FedEx Ground (Rogers Terminal)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

We are looking for reliable, energetic Delivery Drivers to join our team based out of the Rogers, MN terminal. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and being the face of a trusted brand, we want to hear from you!

The Territory

You’ll be serving the following communities:

• Monticello
• Big Lake
• Zimmerman

Compensation & Performance Incentives

We believe in paying well for hard work and rewarding loyalty:

• Base Pay: $200 per day.
• Weekly Safety and Attendance Bonus: $155 per week

Schedule & Hours

• Typical Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Hours may fluctuate based on package volume).
• Weekend Requirement: One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is mandatory per week.
• Available Shifts:
• Tuesday-Saturday
• Sunday-Thursday
• Wednesday-Sunday
• Thursday-Monday

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding role (lifting, carrying, and walking).
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
