Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at a prestigious high-rise condominium community. If you're a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping facilities operating at their best, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-maintained, professional environment.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and enjoys solving problems while providing exceptional service to residents and property staff.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining the property's appearance, safety, and functionality by:

• Performing light electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Completing basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Assisting with light HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Completing interior and exterior painting projects
• Pressure washing walkways, common areas, and exterior surfaces
• Performing general building repairs and preventative maintenance
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintaining the property's safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance
• Coordinating and prioritizing daily maintenance tasks
• Supporting residents and staff with professionalism and excellent customer service
• Performing additional maintenance duties as needed

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in condominium, apartment, hotel, commercial building, or facility maintenance
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Experience with painting, drywall repair, and general maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• A professional, customer-focused attitude when interacting with residents, vendors, and staff
• Excellent reliability, attendance, and time management
• The ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance duties throughout the workday
