Van Driver / Rider

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the safe transport of patients to and from the clinic in company-owned vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  High school diploma or equivalent

2.  Drivers must be at least 23 years of age, have a clean driving record, and obtain a “P” Endorsement on their driver’s license

3.  Must be able to pass a drug test. 

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

1.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds

2.  Must be able to bend, squat, and sit on floor
