Property Manager

We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager for a luxury apartment community in the Dover, NH area. Your responsibilities will include managing a large apartment community including leading a team of on site leasing representatives, overseeing the performance of the maintenance team , and insuring open communication with residents, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing any capital projects.
The successful candidate must have 5 Years experience managing large market rate apartment community , posses polished communications skills, supervisory experience, be well organized and self-motivated.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of leases, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals.
- Assisting in the financial performance of the property including budgetary accountability and collections.
- Resident Retention provide pleasant and timely communications with all residents
 
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Yardi
- Market Rate Experience
- College Degree preferred
- 5+ Years’ Experience Managing a Market Rate Community required.
