Role Overview: We're seeking a part-time charismatic, well-presented sales associate of our luxury artisanal pastries. You'll engage with sophisticated clientele and businesses, share our artisanal story, and deliver superior, memorable client experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our pastries at our store and pop-ups, sharing their preparation, ingredients, heritage, and stories with energy and pride
  • Represent Beacon Hill Bakery with grace and authenticity
  • Maintain pristine product presentation and food safety standards
  • Embody our brand values of tradition, quality, and authenticity, creating memorable moments for clients whenever possible
  • Support pop up opening and closing operations

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a demonstrable passion for high quality food
  • Extroverted, enjoys conversations, comfortable engaging confidently with discerning, affluent clientele
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy and charming, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm through long shifts
  • Honest, on time, reliable, with a high sense of urgency and agency
  • Quick learner for product knowledge and brand story
  • Preferred: Connection to Polish food culture
  • Plus: Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service environments

 

Availability: Candidates must be available on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

 

Shifts:

The fixed times are the following:

  • Tuesdays: 10:30am-6:30pm
  • Thursdays: 10:30am-2:30pm
  • Fridays: 10:30pm-6:30pm
  • Saturdays:9:15am - 3:15pm
  • Sundays: 9:15am - 3:15pm

If you can only make some of these shifts, reach out. However, we will prefer candidates who can work 30+ hours per week with us as sales associates and who we can develop as we grow.
