Medical Transportation Driver

TLC MEDICAL TRANSPORT A NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IS SEEKING FULL TIME/PART TIME WHEELCHAIR/GURNEY DRIVERS FOR ITS OFFICE IN MISSION VALLEY. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GET INTO THE MEDICAL FIELD.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

•Must be 21 Years of Age or Older

•Well Groomed

•Valid Driver's License

•Clean Criminal And Driving Record

•Thorough knowledge of San Diego County, including major traffic patterns

•Have A GPS or a Thomas Guide

•Highly organized with good follow-up skills

•Excellent communication and customer service skills

•Team Player

•Willing to work a flexible schedule

•Must be willing to work weekends.

•Prior work references must be provided.

•Prior experience as a driver...a plus

The candidate will be required to attend First Aid and CPR certification, submit to a criminal background check and drug testing.

We are looking for a candidate that is looking for 32 to 40 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour

We are the leading company in San Diego for Wheelchair and Gurney transportation. We are contracted with all of the major Health Systems and Hospitals in San Diego. Based in Mission Valley we are central to all areas of the county. We are starting our BLS Ambulance division and need staff with clinical experience.
