Jewelry Sales Associate

The Jewelry Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our jewelry store. As part of a small team supervised by the Store Manager, this position focuses on assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the store's visual appeal. The associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement and fosters long-term relationships without requiring any travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
• Manage inventory levels and stock displays
• Contribute to merchandising and visual displays to enhance store appearance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and sales techniques
• Comprehensive product knowledge of jewelry
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
