Staffing Recruiter

Our Leominster office is currently hiring Recruiters. All Recruiters are required to fill Light Industrial and Manufacturing positions.

SCHEDULE:

Monday- Friday
8am- 4:30pm
830am - 5:00pm
9am- 5:30pm
Hours alternate each week

JOB DUTIES:

-Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
-Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
-Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
-Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
-Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance
- Build relationships current, new and potential clients
- Phone and email etiquette
- Network with candidates offline during job fairs
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients

REQUIREMENTS:

- Recruiting experience or similar role
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
