What You'll Be Doing

• Operate yard loader equipment safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load materials.
• Load customer trucks accurately while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies.
• Support plant operations by assisting with material handling and production activities as needed.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, or aggregate environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Ability to inspect equipment, identify issues, and communicate concerns effectively.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.10 to $29.00 per hour
