Sanitation Technician - Now Hiring

Help Maintain the Highest Standards in Food Production!

We're hiring a Sanitation Technician to join a leading food manufacturing facility in Downingtown, PA. In this role, you'll help ensure food production equipment and facility areas remain clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards.

Day Shift: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, $20.25/h

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility areas
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment following sanitation procedures
• Operate power washers, hoses, foamers, and other sanitation equipment
• Use approved cleaning chemicals and follow food safety guidelines
• Follow GMP, SQF, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and PPE requirements
• Complete sanitation documentation and support housekeeping and allergen control programs
• Identify and report sanitation, safety, or equipment concerns

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a wet environment using cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout a 12-hour shift
• Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend
