Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a nanny for our 3 children on short notice. Our life plans have recently changed and we are in desperate need of a caretaker for our three children within the next couple of weeks. My schedule changes month to month so ideally we would be looking for someone with a flexible schedule, although the schedule would be defined well in advance. We have a 9-year-old girl, 5-year-old boy, and 2-year-old boy. We are looking for someone who is playful and interactive with kiddos, but is also able to maintain structure and be consistent with family rules.
