Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Citizens Medical Center.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: IVL/Shockwave.

Unit Details: Electrophysiology and TAVR procedure knowledge is not required. Performs diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral procedures, pacemaker/defibrillator implants, atherectomy with CSI, LVAD Impella, IVL Shockwave, IVUS, and FFR/DFR.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Call required: Every other week-daily from 1515-0645; 20 min response time. 4x10s may be considered.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
