POSITION SUMMARY

Great Lakes Wellhead, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for an Inventory and Maintenance Coordinator.

This position will support daily operations through maintenance, inventory management and yard organization. The role

requires a hands-on individual with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to assist across multiple

organizational areas.

LOCATION: St. Clairsville, Ohio

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Perform maintenance and service on equipment including:

○ Test units

○ Torque tools

○ Trailers

○ Service trucks (minor repairs and upkeep)

● Track and maintain service tools, including:

○ Monitoring tool condition

○ Ensuring proper calibration schedules are followed

○ Maintaining accurate records of tool usage and status

● Assist with inventory operations, including:

○ Learning current inventory systems and procedures

○ Supporting inventory counts and organization

○ Assisting with receiving and stocking materials

● Support yard operations by:

○ Assisting with customer-owned equipment and property

○ Staging equipment for upcoming jobs

○ Checking in and documenting incoming equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

● Mechanical background (required)

● Previous experience in inventory management (preferred)

● Experience with torque equipment and repairs (preferred)

● Strong organizational and tracking skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Attention to detail and commitment to safety

● Experience with ODOO (a plus, but not required)

WAGE COMPENSATION: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (DOE)
