Home Health Aide Needed Male or Female Free Online Training!

ANC is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide to become a part of team! We are Seeking an HHA for all shifts. We provide Free Online training. You will provide routine care to patients at the patient's home or in school. You will be taking care of patients who need help with adl's, incontinent care and light housekeeping.

About the Case: Adult and Pediatrics

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to Patient for dependent, non-ambulatory, and dependent for all ADL's.
• Aide must be trained or willing to be trained on: Incontinences care, bed transfers, light housekeeping techniques
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages
• Teach family members ways to care for patient

Qualifications:

• Must have a HHA certificate that was gotten in last 12 months or must take Agency HHA course prior to start.
• Must submit to Criminal Background check and Child Abuse clearance
• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Timings

• 40hrs/week
• Full Time
