Journeyman Plumber

The Journeyman Plumber will primarily work on residential and commercial plumbing projects, performing tasks such as pipe installation and leak repair while ensuring safety compliance. This role involves working under a Master Plumber, leading helpers and apprentices, and completing assignments independently. Occasional travel between job sites is required, with standard working hours expected.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain pipes for residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose and repair leaks and plumbing issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites
• Lead and mentor helpers and apprentices during projects
• Work independently and as part of a team under the supervision of a Master Plumber
• Travel occasionally to different job sites as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience
• Completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and pipe fitting
• Commitment to safety compliance
• Effective time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman plumber license
