Lux Haus showroom / Luxury Home Improvements is seeking experienced residential carpenters and skilled helpers to join our team. We specialize exclusively in high-end home renovations, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and detail-driven work.

This role is primarily focused on finish carpentry, with some framing as needed. We’re looking for individuals who are sharp, efficient, and capable of performing at a high level in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Widening load-bearing walls
* Full kitchen installations
* Door installation and trim work
* Crown molding (carpenters must be fully proficient)
* Building custom cabinetry
* Deck replacements
* Interior buildouts and renovations

What we’re looking for:

* Proven, hands-on experience in residential carpentry (finish work strongly preferred)
* Ability to assist a lead carpenter and also execute work independently
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
* Quick-thinking, high-output individuals who take ownership of their work

This is a position for serious carpenters only. We are looking for individuals with real, field-tested experience and a deep understanding of the trade.
