We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, MIG and TIG welding, blueprint reading, and assembling high-quality metal components. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

Fabricate, cut, shape, and assemble metal components to specification.

Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal materials.

Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, press brakes, hand tools, and power tools.

Measure and inspect parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision instruments.

Perform pipe threading, frame/guard fabrication, and mechanical assembly.

Ensure all work complies with ASME codes and welding standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Assist with material handling and operate forklifts when required.

Collaborate with team members to complete fabrication projects efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Experience in welding and metal fabrication.

Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience using fabrication equipment such as plasma cutters and press brakes.

Knowledge of ASME welding standards.

Mechanical aptitude with assembly and fabrication techniques.

Ability to use precision measuring tools.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
