Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA)

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote safety and comfort
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the care coordinator
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during each visit
