Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Help patients move safely using appropriate lifting techniques or equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and medical equipment
• Support nursing staff in executing treatment plans and medication administration
• Provide emotional support and communicate effectively with patients and families
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
