Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician for a travel assignment in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing surgical instruments and medical equipment while ensuring compliance with infection control standards. The technician will work closely with the surgical team to maintain instrument availability and support quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Sterile Processing experience
• Current CRCST (HSPA) or CBSPD/CSPDT certification required
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, instrument decontamination, assembly, and infection prevention standards
• Experience with surgical instrument processing and inventory management
