Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a permanent adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Medication management is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Please research Prader-Willi Syndrome before applying. Staff must be reliable and dependable!
