House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

My family moved into our new home about a month ago. We are looking to hire a reliable cleaning company to come every season (4 times a year) for a deep cleaning of the home. Our family will not be home at the time of cleaning. We have 2 children under 4 and 1 small dog. The cleaning should include baseboards, fans, dusting the high ceilings, bathrooms, oven etc This is my second time looking for a cleaner, as our old cleaning company doesnt service our new area.
