Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a trusted cleaner to help keep my elderly mother's house in order. She is smart and bright, but also clinically deaf (without hearing aids) and has mobility issues. She needs general cleaning services, but may also need some help with taking out the trashcan to the curb, etc. No heavy lifting, but some things that are challenging for her to manage balance-wise,
