In this position, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless onboarding process, managing employment screenings, verifying credentials, coordinating onboarding requirements, and partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure every new hire is set up for success.

What You'll DoAs the Onboarding Verification Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate and complete pre-employment screenings, including:
- Employment verifications
- Education verifications
- Credential reviews and required clearances
- Review screening results to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Partner closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers throughout the onboarding process
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guidance during onboarding
- Monitor onboarding timelines and proactively ensure all requirements are completed efficiently
- Investigate and resolve verification discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS, ATS, and onboarding systems
- Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, employment verification, screening, or a related HR function
- Experience reviewing and processing pre-employment screenings
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of employment laws, onboarding compliance, and screening regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- 3 days onsite
- 2 days remote I
๐ Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
๐ Training: New hires may be required to work onsite full-time during the first 1-3 weeks for training and onboarding support.
