Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: 5AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday
Location: Thief River Falls, MN

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Paint Line Operator to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing, hanging, painting, inspecting, and removing parts from the paint line while maintaining quality standards and following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Load and unload parts onto the paint line.
• Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
• Operate paint line equipment according to production standards.
• Inspect painted parts for quality, coverage, and defects.
• Perform touch-ups or rework as needed to meet quality expectations.
• Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and properly use required PPE.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing or paint line experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
