Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) - RC

We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in Northborough Massachusetts 01532with $20.26/hr pay for a 3-month temp to permanent opportunity. In this role, you will play a vital part in the moving, arranging, lifting, and loading of storage boxes, bins, and totes. This position requires physical agility as you will frequently kneel, squat, reach, bend forward, and handle items ranging from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs. Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse | Heavy Physical Labor

What You’ll Do:

• Process incoming and outgoing orders (files, books, binders, tapes) using proprietary software and handheld scanners.
• Lift, move, arrange, and transport storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to 100+ lbs unassisted.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, hand carts) across warehouse floors, inclines, and stairs.
• Manually load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders onto trucks.

What You’ll Do:

• Frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to perform prolonged heavy physical exertion in a warehouse setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
• Willing and able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn (pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
• Protective footwear required: Must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards and be slip-resistant (rated Better or Best).
• Safety-minded and dependable, with attention to detail.
