Responsibilities
- Work on a manual assembly line to package and prepare products for shipment.
- Open cases of product and insert items into boxes according to established procedures.
- Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Label products, boxes, and cases accurately to meet shipping and inventory requirements.
- Place labeled cases onto pallets in an organized and secure manner.
- Rotate through assigned positions on the manual line as part of a structured rotation system.
- Prepare mixed-case orders for shipment by picking products and verifying order accuracy.
- Maintain efficiency and organization while handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with coworkers and supervisors to support smooth operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working around moving machinery and equipment.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform assembly and warehouse tasks in a production environment.
- Strong manual dexterity for handling, packaging, and assembling products.
- Proven attention to detail for accurate labeling, inspection, and order verification.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to rotate between different positions and tasks on the manual line.
- Effective and respectful communication skills when working with others.
- High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with refurbishing, rebuilding, or packaging products in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Experience in assembly work or distribution center operations.
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks and repetitive processes.
- Comfort working as part of a large team within a shared department.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse assembly environment at a distribution facility in North Bend, WA. You will work alongside up to 100 associates within the department, all contributing to manual line and packaging operations. The atmosphere is casual, and jeans with non-offensive T-shirts are acceptable attire. For safety reasons, skirts and dresses are not permitted due to the risk of clothing getting caught in moving machinery. The shift schedule runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., providing a stable, daytime work routine in a non-metro-friendly location.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
