Job Description
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing school-based psychological services across a district-wide setting. This contract opportunity focuses on K-12 settings, with a particular emphasis on elementary grades, where your support is essential to student growth and academic success. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to deliver comprehensive evaluations, create effective IEPs, and directly support students’ needs during the upcoming school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Eligible for or currently holding New Hampshire School Psychologist endorsement (0046) OR Associate School Psychologist and New Hampshire Psychologist License.
- Background or passion for working with K-12 students, particularly at the elementary level.
- Experience with school-based psychological services, including IEP creation, plan development, and student evaluations.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with the desire to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological evaluations and direct student support throughout the district.
- Develop, implement, and manage IEPs/plans that empower students to reach their potential.
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members.
- Provide expert insight on student behavior, learning challenges, and intervention strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district guidelines concerning student services.
