Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to fill a 1st shift opening in Clermont County for a large glass manufacturing company.

• Supervise and direct daily manufacturing operations for approximately 40 production employees
• Ensure daily production schedules, quality standards, and performance goals are achieved
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Train, coach, and develop production employees
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct quality inspections and address production issues as they arise
• Coordinate with management to meet customer deadlines and production requirements
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the facility

• Previous manufacturing supervision or production leadership experience required
• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple production demands
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and workplace safety practices
• Ability to motivate employees and drive production performance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Glass manufacturing experience is not required
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

Compensation: $27–$28/hr (Benefit Package Available)

1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm
