Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst, preferably in educational settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability to assess behavioral needs and design evidence-based intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized intervention strategies tailored to students' needs
  • Provide direct support and consultation to students, teachers, and staff to promote positive behavioral changes and educational success
  • Partner with parents, guiding them in implementing consistent home and school strategies
  • Establish ongoing relationships with relevant community agencies to enhance student support networks
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed, ensuring measurable outcomes for students across the district
  • Offer professional development and training to school personnel on best practices in behavior management
