Rehab Therapy Manager | $10,000 Sign on | Urgent Hiring

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a professional licensed Physical Therapy position which provides leadership of the Physical Therapy Department, supervision of assigned staff and direct physical therapy care to eligible patients. An employee in this position works closely with physical therapy staff, department and clinic managers, nursing staff, clinician staff, clinic lead physicians, administrative staff, and patients and their families.

Shifts: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Sign on Bonus: $10,000

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Graduation from a School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association required.
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience required.
• Current licensure in Washington State required or upon offer acceptance.
• BLS certification required.
• Five years of practical physical therapy experience required.
• Three years management experience in a Rehab Therapy department required.
