Job Description
Step into a dynamic contract opportunity within a supportive educational environment, serving K-12 students—primarily at the elementary level. This district-wide role offers a meaningful chance to deliver impactful school psychology services, make a real difference, and develop professional expertise over the course of the academic year.
As a school psychologist, you’ll play a central role in shaping educational outcomes and fostering student well-being. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive IEPs and individualized plans, and conduct direct student evaluations. Your contributions will be felt district-wide, working a steady 35 hours each week from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027.
What you’ll bring:
- Eligibility for, or possession of, the New Hampshire School Psychologist endorsement (0046), or Associate School Psychologist credentials along with a New Hampshire Psychologist License
- Master’s degree or higher preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing IEPs/Plans
- Skilled in conducting direct student evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Knowledge of K-12 educational practices, with a particular focus on elementary-level support
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative team-based service delivery
- Dedication to fostering student growth and academic success
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate student needs and deliver school-based psychology services
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support each student’s academic and social-emotional development
- Offer consultative support and recommendations for interventions and strategies
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
