Job Description
The Administrative Warehouse Clerk / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily office operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update records, files, and documentation accurately.
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents.
· Support daily office operations, including scheduling and coordination.
· Manage emails, data entry, and internal communication.
· Assist with onboarding documentation and employee records.
· Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-ups with internal teams.
· Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
· Support different departments with administrative needs.
· Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Minimum Requirements:
· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
· Experience with ERP systems or internal databases.

Education/Experience:

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk intermittently throughout the work shift.
· Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, filing, and handling documents.
· Capability to move between office areas, warehouse floor, and production support areas as needed.
· Occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying of materials or office supplies (up to 30–50 lbs. as needed).
· Visual acuity for reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and digital records accurately.
· Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during extended periods of computer and data work.
· Basic physical stamina for light warehouse exposure and movement between departments.
· Ability to safely operate office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and barcode devices.
Work Environment:
· Office workstation located within a climate-controlled warehouse or manufacturing facility.
· Fast-paced environment supporting both administrative and operational warehouse functions.
· Frequent interaction with warehouse staff, production teams, supervisors, and management.
· Regular use of computers, ERP systems, Microsoft Office tools, and scanning equipment.
· Combination of desk-based administrative work and occasional movement within warehouse areas.
· Exposure to a moderately noisy industrial environment when working near production zones.
· May require flexible scheduling depending on operational needs, including overtime or shift support.
· Emphasis on accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timely communication.
· Structured environment requiring multitasking and coordination across multiple departments.
