What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with assigned client benefit funds and key stakeholders
• Attend trustee meetings, benefit fairs, member meetings, and industry events
• Review financial reports, contracts, plan documents, and operational performance
• Lead projects and coordinate efforts across internal departments and external partners
• Support department leadership through training, staff development, and workload management

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, benefits administration, finance, HR, or a related area
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERISA, Taft-Hartley, or multi-employer benefit plans
• Background in pension, health & welfare, annuity, or vacation benefit administration
